Can I have the set times for the show that I am coming to?
Set times are confirmed on the day of the event but we may be able to give a rough estimate a few days before the event date.
Please message us on social media no earlier than a few days before the event you are attending and we will get back to you with this information.
Do you have a cloakroom?
We operate a cloakroom at all events, either at our dedicated cloakroom or behind the bar.
Our cloakroom is £2.
I have lost an item, or left something in the venue. How do I get it back?
If you have lost property please send an email or a message on social media with the following information:
- Event attended
- Description of time (colour/brand/size/distinguishing details)
Lost property can only be collected from our box office Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. This is located above the venue, please look for 2 small red doors next to the main entrance and press the buzzer for the box office. Items will only be kept for 1 month.
Are any items prohibited from the venue?
Pyrotechnics and Flares are strictly prohibited, if you are caught with these items you will be removed from the venue and the police may be called.
What bag can I bring?
To help speed things up and to ensure your safety, please refrain from bringing large bags to The Leadmill.
Do not bring any suitcases, holdalls or bags of shopping, as these will not be allowed into the venue.
I’m an artist, can I play at your venue?

What time is last entry?
We do not have a last entry but we recommend coming down before 2am for our club nights.
Where can I find the photographer’s photos?
For our less frequent club nights, we upload these on our main The Leadmill Facebook page. For regular club nights, these are posted on the corresponding Facebook page.
If you had a photo at The Leadmill but the album is not uploaded yet please wait for a week after the event. If your photo is missing from the album, unfortunately there may have been a problem with the quality of the image and the photographer may not have sent it to us.

What do I do if my ticket confirmation hasn’t come through?
- You can usually retrieve your tickets from the Outlet you purchased them such as SeeTickets – https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice
- We usually have a list of the customers who have purchased tickets for our events, when you arrive we can check this list for your name to validate the tickets.
- If you have any concerns or questions, please email us or message us on social media.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
If the event is not sold out then you will be able to pay on the door.
What is your dress code?
The Leadmill does not have a strict dress code. All we ask is that you do not wear tracksuit bottoms, workwear utility trousers and football shirts. Trainers are welcome.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse admission. Access will be permitted at the discretion of our security staff and duty managers.
