The Leadmill Comedy Club is back at The Steamworks for a night of top quality stand-up; starring 4 of the UK’s finest up-and-coming comedians.

Whether you’re planning a quiet date night, heading out for a big work do, or just looking to escape the mundaneness of the dreaded work week and have a proper laugh with mates, our monthly Comedy Club is the perfect way to switch off and wind down.

With great vibes, proper belly laughs, and mouthwatering food served all evening by El Chappo, this is your new favourite monthly night out.

Line Up:

MC Hammersmith – Performs improvised hip hop comedy. He is a freestyle rapper – meaning he raps spontaneously, unscripted, with absolutely no preparation. The lyrics and rhymes of his raps are 100% improvised and based entirely on crowd suggestions. He takes stories and suggestions from audience members, then raps about them at lightning speed. Mind-blowing, hilarious, and completely different every single time.

Nina Gilligan – Is sometimes outrageous, always hilarious with a charming, loveable persona which belies an acerbic wit.

Esther Manito – Star of the stand up sketch show, Live at the Apollo and more!

Jed Salisbury – Is a high-energy, jolly young man with a warming charm and an innate sense of funny. He has taken mischievous crudeness and belly-laughing cheekiness and mixed them with modern edginess to create a truly unique act. Jed’s act takes the audience on an adventure of hilarity using a blend of mirth-filled stories from his journey from boy to man-child and out-of-the-box observations from a mind that has seen too many bad movies and too much late night television.
