LIVE FROM DON VALLEY – ENTRY T&CS

  1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
  2. The right of admission is reserved. Customers will be subject to bag and body search on entry. Bags larger than A4 in size will not be permitted on the site.
  3. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
  4. Lost tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
  5. No pets are permitted on site unless used for a disability.
  6. No glass allowed on site.
  7. Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, BBQ’s or open fires on site.
  8. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme as necessary.
  9. You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy.
  10. The Leadmill at Don Valley Bowl will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
  11. No unauthorised sound systems are allowed on site.
  12. Public gates shut strictly for entry at 9:30pm Friday 17th, 9:30pm Saturday 18th and 9:30pm Sunday 19th.
  13. There is a clear No Drugs policy at the festival and amnesty bins will be provided at the entrance.
  14. There is no Public Car Parking provided at the event.
  15. The use of Drones of any size for any use are prohibited and will be confiscated.
  16. Crowd Surfing and Moshpits are strictly prohibited.
  17. Ticketholders consent to any filming and sound recordings as members of the audience and subsequent use thereof for promotional and other marketing purposes.
  18. “Chinese lanterns” are not permitted.
  19. Unauthorised alcohol sales are prohibited and will result in eviction.
  20. ALL child ticket holders i.e. those between 8 and 13 years old must be accompanied at all times by a responsible ticket holding parent or guardian who must be 18 years or older while on site.
  21. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of the structures.
  22. Strobe lighting will be used as part of the performance.
  23. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be puddled or muddy. It is the ticketholders responsibility to be prepared for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground conditions. In the event of poor weather move around the site with caution.
  24. Camping Chairs are not permitted.
  25. Any confiscated items will not be returned.
  26. Laser pens are not permitted.
  27. No food or drink is permitted to be taken in to the arena except food for special dietary/medical requirements.
  28. The use of unauthorised cameras, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated during the performance at the ticket holder’s own risk.
  29. The Promoter, The Management and Ticket Agencies accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  30. There is no Re-admission once you have left the site.
  31. Customers may be ejected or not permitted into the venue and will be asked to surrender tickets held by the ticket holder, if, in the reasonable opinion of the venue, the ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any patron or affects the enjoyment of other patrons; and/or the running of the event; and/or the ticket holder’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable. Examples include: being (or appearing to be): drunk or incapable or intoxicated, under age (where relevant to the event), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched or are in breach of the ticket Terms and Conditions.
