If punk had a baby with ’90s grunge, it would be named BEX.
After a year of musical silence, BEX is back with Away with the Fairies, a six-track concept EP arriving February 2027. Lead single “fairies” and new single “’90s superstar” mark a raw, more grunge-soaked chapter: fuzz, weight and melody, with lyrics that cut to the bone.
Rebellious, fearless and unapologetically herself, BEX sits where riot grrrl, alt-rock and power ballads meet. Kerrang! named her in the Sound of 2025, NME put her in the NME 100, and Metal Hammer called her “oozing personality”. She has played Download, 2000trees Main Stage, Boomtown, Rebellion and The Great Escape, and supported Nova Twins, WARGASM, Witch Fever, Delilah Bon and The Hunna.
BEX is a full DIY world: she sews her own stage wear, runs fashion label Scallywags and leads the Scum Club fan community. Come early – merch, zines and limited physicals sell out at the merch desk.
