Event Navigation

The Wired are an indie pop four piece from Sheffield.

Over the last 7 years the boys have played shows all over the UK, major festival stages and sell out shows in their hometown.

Most notably the band have received support and airplay from Huw Stephens at Radio 1 as well as playlisting and track of the week at Radio X.

Having built up quite a following in Sheffield, and previously supported acts such as Pigeon Detectives, Tom Clarke (The Enemy) & Cast – The Wired have now announced their last ever farewell show at The Leadmill.

They’ll be singalongs, partying and potential tears for one last time!

“Championed by Christian Carlisle who presents BBC Intro in Sheffield” – Huw Stephens, Radio 1

“A cracking John Kennedy recommendation” – Gordon Smart, Radio X
