Line up:
TROY HAWKE
The UK’s finest character comedian: Troy Hawke is an erudite homeschooled 1930’s throwback…the Errol Flynn of the high street. Educated, sophisticated, but utterly clueless. He tackles modern issues head on in his uniquely untimely manner. ‘undeniably funny’ (Chortle) ‘mad comic genius’ (The Scotsman) ‘Near perfect character comedy’ (The New Current)
DANNY DEEGAN
With the confidence and swagger that you might expect of a North-West comedian at the very top of his game, Danny Deegan is a comedian, writer and actor who has become a regular at most of the major comedy clubs in the UK since he began performing in 2003.
RACHEL JACKSON
Scottish actress, comedian and writer, winner of The Herald Scottish Culture Award ‘One To Watch’. She was nominated for Spotlight Prize and for best new comedian at The Scottish Variety Awards and The Scottish Comedy Awards.
“Jackson is a genius” ★★★★★ Edinburgh Festival Magazine
JAMES MEEHAN
James is a five star reviewed stand-up comedian, actor, director and writer. He was part of the award-winning sketch troupe Gein’s Family Giftshop. They were 2014 Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominees, 2014 London Sketchfest Best New Sketch Act winners, 2014 London Sketchfest Audience Choice Award winners.
‘The kind of sensibility that would unsettle even the darker League of Gentlemen fan.’ ★★★★★ The Sunday Times.
