Applications for Food Traders at Don Valley Bowl NOW OPEN!

Hacienda Classical | George Ezra | Ocean Colour Scene
Friday 17th August | Saturday 18th August | Sunday 19th August

This summer The Leadmill is branching out to put on three ambitious shows at the 7,500 capacity Don Valley Bowl. The Leadmill has a proud history of bringing amazing live music to the Steel City, and this is just the next step in bringing amazing music experiences to the people of Sheffield!

We’re looking for a wide range of local food traders to trade at these three events.
If you’d like to apply to trade at our Don Valley shows please fill out the application form below.

Please note, you must be able to trade on all three days - applications will not be considered for traders looking to trade on one or two days only.

Don Valley Bowl is a grassed venue and so your stand must be able to set-up and trade on a grassy surface.

If you are a non-food trader, please sit tight - we will be opening applications for non-food pitches in the coming weeks!

** To apply to trade - please fill out our application form here.

A pitch at the site for the whole weekend is £450 +VAT

Please confirm the power requirements of your pitch in the application form.
We require this information to make sure that you’ll be able to safely trade on the Don Valley site.
There will be a fee to pay for power (separate to your pitch fee) - this will be confirmed once we have your power requirements.
You must specify the total power requirements of your stand so that we can ensure the correct power is provided.

You must arrive between 12:00-13:00 on Friday 17th August - all loading vehicles will need to be off-site by 3pm – this will be strictly enforced.
Traders must be ready to serve when the gates open at 5pm.
Pitches will be allocated based on site plans and trader variety so pitches will not be able to be swapped.

You will need to provide the following documentation at the end of the application form so please ensure you have it ready!
- HACCP Food Safety Plan
- Food Registration Document
- Food hygiene rating (must be up to date!)
- Risk Assessment and method statement
- COSHH risk assessments
- Risk Public Liability Policy
- Employers Liability & Public Liability Policy
- Gas Safe Certificate (if applicable)
- Fire Extinguisher certificate
- PAT test record for all electrical appliances
- Menu and Allergen information
- J-PEG of logo and images of set-up.

We will perform health and safety and hygiene spot checks throughout the weekend. Anyone failing to work to a high level of H&S and hygiene may be required to cease trading. In this case no refunds will be provided for pitch fees.

Full Terms and Conditions will be sent out to successful applicants.
